Introduction
Please use this form to report any concerns about cyber-related issues.
Examples of Cyber-Related Issues
- Online scams or online fraud
- Someone gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to your email account, online or financial accounts
- Suspicious phone calls, text messages, or instant messages (e.g., WhatsApp or Messenger)
- Being the target of sextortion, online abuse, or bullying
- Disruption or denial of service
If you are the victim of a financial crime or believe your banking details have been stolen or compromised, please contact your bank immediately.
What Will Happen When You Submit a Report
Your report will be sent to the Cyber Security Centre so that they can:
- Provide appropriate public advice, warning, and guidance
- Better understand and work to improve the current information risk landscape of the Island
- Provide assistance where required
If requested, your report will be shared with the Isle of Man Constabulary who will take ownership of the report, review it, and take action where required.
No personal details of your report will be shared with other organisations. However, some anonymised details from your report may be used in communications to inform island residents and organisations.

- If providing contact details other than your own, please ensure that you have permission to share them.
- This form is for cyber concerns based on the Isle of Man or affecting Isle of Man residents, businesses, and other organisations.
You will receive an acknowledgement email shortly after the submission of your report. Please view the Department of Home Affairs Privacy Notice in regards to how we hold your information.
